Good customer service and post-sales service


I must admit customer service, especially post-sales service, is very lagging in many companies these days.

Axigen is one of the better that I have seen so far.




Ever since I downloaded a trial copy of the Axigen Mail Server for evaluation, I have been constantly engaged by their team with newsletters covering product updates and releases.

Axigen even bother to ask for feedbacks to help them improve.
