IBM recently launched an online service - LotusLive. It is supposed to compete again Goggle Gmail.
I was more interested in the suite of services on offer. So I went to LotusLive site to check.
Wow!
I'm not delighted at the many options available. On the contrary, I feel that this "rich portfolio of service offerings" will confuse lots of potential customers, especially the decision makers.
These days, marketing should be made very straight-forward.
PS: Not forgetting to mention, the words "starting at" do turn people off at times.
